When you use our website, we automatically collect technical data such as IP address, browser type, pages visited and access time. When you contact us through forms, we collect name, work email, company, role and the message you submit.

We do not collect video or images from customer cameras. Customer operational video is processed locally on customer-owned devices and is never transmitted to SecureSafety.

Data we collect is used to respond to your enquiries, provide demonstrations and proposals you request, improve our website and services, meet legal obligations, and send marketing communications with your consent.

We do not sell personal data. We share data with service providers who help us operate our website (such as hosting, analytics and CRM), all under appropriate data processing agreements. We may share data when required by law.

All SecureSafety video analysis happens on a compute device installed on the customer's premises. No raw camera footage leaves the customer's network in normal operation. This is not a privacy feature added to a cloud system — it is the foundational architecture.
